Moreover, the roleplays are lazy, the guns don't do damage and its very unrealistic in terms of military combat.

There are 24/7 mods that kick and ban you. They mainly cluster around 1 part of the map and just talk and roleplay in an area. Military groups have fallen out of the fashion so there isn't much action to see Its generally strict with limited roleplay, and there isn't really much combat. They don't have roleplay element so its generally very boring like any other FPS game or a cheap clone of Battlefield/Arma The first type games are solely made for combat.

Roleplay games, like Battle of Ardennes.

Faction games, games/armies made for groups, mainly only do trainings, no real combat.

The Combat game, like War in the Pacific or Eastern Front.
